Job summary

Next Ventures, in partnership with a leading global organisation, is recruiting an experienced Senior SAP Programme Manager to lead large-scale SAP transformation programmes across international operations.

You will manage end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations, migrations, and multi-country rollouts, coordinating senior stakeholders, governance, budgets, risks, and vendor relationships to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing large-scale SAP programmes within complex enterprise environments.
• Proven track record delivering SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, or global rollout programmes.
• Strong understanding of SAP Activate methodology and SAP delivery lifecycle.
• Experience leading cross-functional SAP programmes involving multiple business units and international stakeholders.
• Demonstrated success managing programme budgets, timelines, governance, risks, and executive reporting.
• Experience managing global System Integrators and external delivery partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex SAP programmes and projects from initiation through to successful go-live and hypercare.
• Manage global SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, rollout, and transformation programmes.
• Develop and maintain programme governance, delivery frameworks, and project management standards.
• Build and manage integrated programme plans, milestones, budgets, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate multiple SAP functional and technical workstreams, ensuring alignment across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Sales, Logistics, HR, and other business functions.
• Act as the primary interface between executive stakeholders, business leadership, IT teams, system integrators, and third-party vendors.
• Drive programme governance through steering committees, executive reporting, and stakeholder communications.
• Ensure effective management of programme risks, issues, escalations, and change control processes.
• Oversee programme financials, forecasting, vendor management, and commercial governance.
