Next Ventures partners with a leading global organisation to recruit an experienced Senior SAP Programme Manager to lead large-scale SAP transformation programmes across international business operations. You will steer end-to-end delivery, from initiation to successful go-live, overseeing multi-country rollouts and complex migrations.

The role requires strong governance, stakeholder management, and budget discipline, with a proven track record in SAP Activate and S/4HANA transformations.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing large-scale SAP programmes.
• Proven SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, or global rollout programmes.
• Strong understanding of SAP Activate methodology and SAP delivery lifecycle.
• Experience leading cross-functional SAP programmes involving multiple international stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex SAP programmes and projects from initiation through to successful go-live and hypercare.
• Manage global SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, rollout, and transformation programmes.
• Develop and maintain programme governance, delivery frameworks, and project management standards.
• Build and manage integrated programme plans, milestones, budgets, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate multiple SAP functional and technical workstreams, ensuring alignment across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Sales, Logistics, HR, and other business functions.
• Act as the primary interface between executive stakeholders, business leadership, IT teams, system integrators, and third-party vendors.
• Drive programme governance through steering committees, executive reporting, and stakeholder communications.
• Ensure effective management of programme risks, issues, escalations, and change control processes.
• Oversee programme financials, forecasting, vendor management, and commercial governance.
