Job summary

The Config Team is a leading SAP Supply Chain consultancy. We seek a Senior SAP Project Manager to lead planning and delivery of complex SAP and digital transformation programmes for diverse customers in the UK.

You will drive governance, timelines, budgets and quality, coordinating customers, consultants, and cross-functional teams. You will shape project management capabilities while contributing to continuous improvement and talent development across the business.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading multiple SAP or large-scale digital transformation projects.
• Experience delivering SAP ERP and SAP S/4HANA in Supply Chain environments.
• Strong commercial awareness with budgets, forecasts, risks, and contractual obligations.
• Excellent planning, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with SAP Activate; certification is advantageous.
• Involvement in pre-sales activities: RFPs, SoWs, solution evaluations.
• Line management or team leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and delivery of SAP projects across multi-stream workstreams.
• Ensure projects meet timelines, budgets and quality standards.
• Collaborate with customers, consultants, delivery teams and senior stakeholders.
• Provide governance and commercial oversight of programmes.
• Help develop The Config Team's project management capability and delivery excellence.
