Job summary

7 Steel UK is seeking a Senior SAP Manager to own the end-to-end SAP landscape, strategy and service delivery. Your initial focus will be on leading our SAP carve-out and transition to a fully independent SAP environment.

You will oversee the carve-out program, own the S/4HANA roadmap, and build and mentor the SAP team while coordinating with AMS providers to drive long-term improvements and robust stakeholder engagement.

Joining us as a Senior SAP Manager, you will have the exciting opportunity to take ownership of the end-to-end SAP application landscape, strategy and service delivery. Your initial focus will be on leading our SAP carve out and transition to a fully independent SAP environment. Some of your other key responsibilities will include:

• Oversee and deliver the SAP carve-out program, including system separation, data migration, transition project, and stabilization of the target SAP landscape.
• Own SAP S/4HANA roadmap including: functional standardization, template design, and long-term evolution.
• Build, mentor and lead internal SAP team and effectively cooperate with AMS providers.

You will have existing experience working in SAP roles, specifically delivering complex carve-outs or transformations. Most importantly, you will prioritise building relationships and strong communication with stakeholders, your team, and the wider organization, to successfully drive long‑term strategies, continuous improvement and performance.
