Job summary

NTT Global Data Centers in London is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA administrator to configure and integrate financial systems, following standard processes. You will optimise user experience and contribute to product and process improvements through feedback and hands-on support.

Responsibilities include managing the SAP S/4HANA landscape, upgrades and patches, administering FI/CO/MM/SD/PS modules, and documenting changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Professional experience in SAP environments.
• SAP S/4HANA certifications are a plus.
• Knowledge of IT industry practices and processes.
• Experience implementing integrations across systems.
• Familiarity with ABAP, BAPI, BusinessObjects, and BTP CPI.

• Experience with managed services providers or contractors.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and documentation skills.

Job description

This position is responsible for configuration and integration of financial systems and applications, primarily SAP S/4HANA, following NTT GDC standard processes. The ideal candidate will leverage SAP experience and knowledge to create and enhance system processes to optimize user experience acknowledging feedback based on experiences for product and process improvements. This role also includes support, upgrades, updates, configuration, and administration of SAP S/4HANA as well as addressing ticket escalations while maintaining defined SLAs. This support includes the testing, troubleshooting of standard and custom functionality (SAP S/4HANA and interfaced systems), and documenting system issues that may require SAP input for resolution

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the SAP S/4HANA landscape, including system upgrades, patches, and installations.
• Administer and maintain systems with a concentration in SAP's FI, CO, MM, SD, and PS modules.
• Analyze requirements, understand and optimize processes and design solutions for all departments.
• Manage projects to ensure timely solutions for stakeholder problems and requests.
• Create and maintain existing customizations with careful, organized documentation.
• Audit user and security roles and access to meet and report on audit controls.

Knowledge and Attributes:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Professional experience in the SAP environment
• SAP certifications / SAP S4HANA are a plus
• Knowledge and understanding of standard IT industry practices and processes
• Deep awareness of potential impacts to business operations with enterprise system changes ware and software.
• Experienced in designing, documenting, and supporting multiple integrations across systems.
• Knowledge and understanding of standard IT industry practices and processes
• Functional experience with BAPI, ABAP, BusinessObjects, BTP CPI.
• Experience creating and documenting recommendations for technical upgrades based on knowledge of functionality for business operations
• Previous experience working with managed services providers or contractor support.
• Demonstrated experience of the functional aspects of the application or system.
• Demonstrated experience of business processes and associated technology.
• Experience in providing technical guidance for the planning, design implementation, patches and upgrades, and support of enterprise applications
• Demonstrated experience in client engagement.
• Experience with Group Reporting, SAC, and/or RAR a plus.
• Experience working with and administrations of applications (Ariba, Concur) a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders across all levels.
