Here at Severn Trent, we’re looking for a Senior SAP HR Software Engineer to play an integral role in supporting and improving our SAP HR applications. Working under the supervision of a Team Manager, you’ll need to demonstrate advanced technical skills, strong interpersonal communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, secure environment.
Your responsibilities will include the implementation, governance, and support of our SAP HR systems, primarily SAP SuccessFactors and SAP ECC HCM. You will lead configuration, testing, and deployment of applications that meet our business needs, while managing risk, workload, scope, and schedule. Collaboration with both business and technical partners, end users, and team members is essential to ensure high-quality delivery and continuous improvement.
The right skills and experience are important, but we also value character, positivity, and a caring attitude.
Experience with configuration and testing across SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Recruiting & Onboarding, Learning, and others is required. Experience with BTP, IAS, and IPS is desirable, as well as practical knowledge of SAP ECC HCM and SAP Portal. Knowledge of SAP integration with other systems will make your application stand out.
