Job Description:

We’re currently hiring a Senior Manager level Finance Consultant to support SAP Projects for one of our BIG 4 Clients. You’ll bring strong functional knowledge, a consulting mindset, and the drive to deliver real impact — both for our clients and for your own development.

What your days will look like:

• Providing leadership and functional consulting within SAP S/4HANA Finance projects.
• Proactively assisting in the management of a portfolio of clients, reporting to Director level.
• Assisting in the financial management and control of client engagements.
• Being actively involved in business development activities to identify and research opportunities with new/existing clients.
• Developing project strategies to solve complex technical challenges for our clients.
• Managing and delivering large projects by developing the project team, assessing engagement risks throughout, driving conclusions, and reviewing/challenging the output produced by the team.
• Shaping and delivering projects to meet and exceed client and quality expectations.
• Influencing clients’ use of automation/iRPA.

This role is for you if:

• You have extensive experience in SAP ECC FICO and S/4HANA Finance Consulting.
• You possess strong knowledge of 2-3 functional areas within SAP S/4HANA Finance.
• You have completed multiple end-to-end implementations in SAP ECC FICO and/or S/4HANA Finance projects.
• Skills in CO-PA, FSCM, Fixed Assets, or RAR are desirable.
• You have solution team lead experience with teams of 3-8 people.
• You have been involved in 3-4 end-to-end finance transformation programs enabled by SAP, with at least one utilizing S/4HANA.
• Previous consulting experience is essential.
• You excel in stakeholder management and relationship building.
• Pre-sales experience and an accounting background or qualification are beneficial but not essential.
