Job summary

Wipro is seeking an experienced SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Consultant to support design, configuration, implementation, and enhancement of SAP EAM solutions for asset maintenance optimization. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to maximize EAM capabilities.

The role requires deep knowledge of SAP EAM, S/4HANA, and Fiori, with demonstrated experience in utilities or related industries and mobility/Asset Manager integrations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in SAP EAM/PM consulting.
• Strong understanding of maintenance management business processes.
• Hands-on experience in SAP EAM configuration and support.
• Experience in end-to-end SAP implementation or support projects.
• Ability to create functional specifications and work with ABAP development teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in incident analysis, root cause identification, and solution design.
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA EAM.
• Knowledge of Utilities industry processes.
• Familiarity with Mobility solutions, SAP Asset Manager, or SAP SSAM.
• Experience with GIS, Work Management, or Field Service integrations.
• Understanding of SAP Fiori applications related to EAM.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements related to asset management and maintenance operations.
• Configure and support SAP EAM processes, including object management, equipment locations, maintenance planning, PM, work orders, and refurbishments.
• Facilitate workshops and requirement-gathering sessions with business users.
• Develop functional specifications and support technical developments.
• Coordinate integration with SAP modules such as MM, PM/EAM, FI/CO, PS, IS-U.
• Support SIT, UAT, defect resolution, and go-live activities.
• Provide user training, process documentation, and knowledge transfer.
• Assist in troubleshooting production issues and continuous improvements.
• Support data migration, testing activities, and enhancements.
