Our valued public sector client is hiring a Senior SAP BI Specialist to design, develop and implement reporting solutions and dashboards using digital reporting tools such as BOBJ, PowerBI, and Salesforce.

Background:

The organization's business objectives are to automate and streamline the collection of Hateful Conduct and Inappropriate Sexual Behaviour (HCISB) data and to provide enhanced reporting capabilities by leveraging departmental automated Business Intelligence (BI) and analytics tools.

Tasks:

• Develop digital reports and dashboard solutions for a wide variety of business intelligence projects and write functional and technical specifications.
• Understand and implement solutions in support of physical data models necessary to support business intelligence reporting initiatives.
• Communicate directly with other BI team members to confirm requirements and clarify business rules.
• Define and design the universe, BI dashboards and reports.
• Develop, support and improve existing BI systems for Hateful Conduct and Inappropriate Sexual Behaviour – including both the Universe and reports.
• Document modifications of pre-existing reports and new development for peer reference and knowledge transfer.
• Develop prototypes and present to stakeholders as solution options for introducing new technologies and development techniques in environments.
