Job summary

Babcock is seeking a Senior SAP Basis Consultant to lead technical excellence across our SAP landscape. You will influence critical projects supporting national security and engineering advancements, with hybrid UK arrangements and a mix of office/on-site and remote work.

Reporting to the SAP Technical Team Lead, you will drive upgrades, maintenance planning, and performance reviews while collaborating with infrastructure teams to ensure stability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable SAP Basis experience across multiple lifecycles.
• Working knowledge of networks and firewalls.
• Experience in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide input into SAP product maintenance for compliance and supportability.
• Plan and execute upgrades aligned with SAP technology advancements.
• Lead SAP technical initiatives and performance reviews with actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure teams (Network, Storage, Citrix, Server) to maintain system stability.
• Drive continuous improvement across SAP environments.
