Your Role

• Lead and role model within the Procurement team and client engagements, managing procurement activities and guiding the project team.
• Design and implement SAP Ariba solutions of varying size, complexity, and sector.
• Act as a thought leader in Procurement and contribute to the leadership community within your team.
• Support operations, strategy, talent development, and produce industry insights and go-to-market materials.
• Manage C-Level stakeholders, shape client engagements, and participate in steering committees and forums.
• Work on new opportunities, respond to RFPs, and support bids/pre-sales to strengthen the practice.
• Mentor junior staff and guide career development.
• Own SME areas, strategic initiatives, and operational tasks within your team or department, maintaining a profile within the team.
• Oversee requirements gathering, design, and gap analysis workshops to identify optimal SAP solutions.
• Collaborate with the Engagement Manager on resource and budget forecasting and management.
• Guide clients on SAP Ariba standards and best practices in procurement.
• Apply design thinking in solution blueprinting.
• Take accountability for functional design and integration.
• Lead onshore and offshore resources through all project phases.

Your Profile

• Act as an ambassador for our tools, methods, and accelerators, applying them effectively to client projects and continuously improving.
• Experience in SAP Ariba modules implementation.
• Strong configuration and implementation skills in SAP Ariba.
• Knowledge of Cloud Procurement and SAP market solutions.
• Understanding of Supply Chain Collaboration, Supplier Lifecycle Performance, and Cloud Integration.
• Good grasp of SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, MM, and SRM modules and their dependencies.
• Proven delivery success in upgrade, support, integration, and rollout projects.
• Excellent communication skills capable of influencing at all levels, including remote teams.

Your Security Clearance

Applicants must obtain Security Check (SC) clearance, requiring continuous residence in the UK for the last 5 years and meeting other criteria. Some roles may require UK nationality.
