Qualifications

• Proficiency in systems-oriented programming (Go, C/C++, Rust, or Bash) with strong Linux internals knowledge.
• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native architectures; building Kubernetes-native components.
• Experience building systems for safely executing untrusted or sensitive workloads in shared environments.
• Experience designing or operating secure execution environments like container runtimes or virtualized systems.
• Interest in security, virtualization, Kubernetes, and GPU infrastructure.
• Experience diagnosing performance and isolation issues across containers, VMs, and hardware.
• Ability to reason about isolation vs. performance tradeoffs.
• Familiarity with GPU drivers and low-level virtualization/I/O optimization techniques.
• 3+ years in systems/platform/infrastructure roles at scale.
• Experience profiling and tuning runtime and GPU stacks.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and evolve sandboxed runtime environments for workloads on Kubernetes with emphasis on isolation, performance, and security.
• Develop platforms integrating container runtimes, lightweight VMs, and virtualization tech; support GPU-accelerated workloads in multi-tenant environments.
• Design GPU-aware sandboxing and scheduling strategies; optimize containerization and I/O for latency-sensitive workloads.
• Build systems to safely execute untrusted or shared GPU workloads; contribute to architecture across Linux internals, runtimes, virtualization layers, and GPU drivers.
