Job summary

Ofgem is recruiting a Lead Product Manager (Salesforce) to shape the vision, strategy and lifecycle of its Salesforce platform within the Digital, Data and Security Services directorate.

You will work with business stakeholders, delivery teams and suppliers to ensure the platform delivers measurable value and aligns with organisational goals, governance, and benefits realisation. Senior leadership impact is expected in this high-profile role.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations, including multi-cloud and complex integrations.
• Proven ownership of enterprise-level product and platform roadmaps.
• Proven ability to manage cross-programme dependencies and delivery governance.
• Strong leadership and line management experience.
• Knowledge of Agile at scale, DevOps, and CI/CD for Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Defining and leading the product vision, strategy and roadmap for Salesforce across the organisation.
• Owning the Salesforce product lifecycle, ensuring ongoing alignment with organisational priorities and user needs.
• Working with stakeholders across business and technology functions to identify, prioritise and deliver product improvements.
• Driving value-focused decision making through robust product governance, performance measurement and benefits realisation.
• Managing and balancing competing priorities across multiple workstreams, products and platform capabilities.
• Leading product planning activities, including roadmap development, backlog management and investment prioritisation.
• Collaborating with delivery teams to ensure successful implementation of product enhancements and platform developments.
• Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders, influencing decisions and securing support for strategic product initiatives.
