Job summary

Morson Human Resources Limited is seeking an experienced Salesforce Integration Developer for a 12-month contract to evolve our Salesforce FSC platform. You will design, develop and integrate Salesforce with multiple third-party SaaS apps and on-premise systems, driving enterprise-grade CRM capabilities.

The role focuses on secure, scalable integrations using REST APIs, Platform Events and CDC, with hands-on Apex, LWC, OmniStudio and Azure DevOps deployments.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience as a Salesforce developer with focus on customisation and integrations.
• Experience with Salesforce FSC and Salesforce Industries (Vlocity).
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Lightning, Flows, security model and platform configuration.
• Hands-on Apex, Lightning Web Components, triggers and batch classes.
• Experience with OmniStudio components (OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures).
• Familiarity with REST APIs, Streaming API, Platform Events and CDC.
• Experience implementing eID&V solutions and banking/financial services exposure is advantageous.
• Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Platform Developer, Platform App Builder and OmniStudio Developer are welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and integrate Salesforce with third-party SaaS apps and on-premise systems.
• Implement integrations using REST APIs, Platform Events, CDC and other patterns.
• Own incidents and BAU requests as part of Salesforce Run and Operations; contribute to platform health.
• Provide technical documentation, peer reviews and best-practice guidance.
