Job summary

Sage in Winnersh (Reading area), UK hybrid role for a Senior Salesforce Developer within Product Engineering. You will own complex Salesforce feature work, shape technical design, and contribute to architecture decisions in a mature product environment.

The team values collaboration, technical depth, and ongoing learning. Expect a hands-on role with Apex, SOQL, JavaScript, Lightning web components, and APIs, plus mentoring teammates and driving scalable, secure solutions.

Qualifications

• Senior hands-on Salesforce development experience in a product/SaaS/ISV setting.
• Advanced knowledge of Apex, SOQL, JavaScript, Lightning and LWC.
• Experience with Salesforce solution design and architecture.
• Ability to design scalable, secure, maintainable solutions on the Salesforce platform.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain enterprise-grade Salesforce product features.
• Translate business requirements into robust technical designs and plans.
• Contribute to Salesforce architecture discussions and long-term decisions.
• Apply object-oriented design, testing, and CI/CD practices.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews and knowledge sharing.
