Job summary

Falcon Smart IT is seeking a Salesforce specialist to design and implement solutions across Sales/Service/Experience Cloud segments. You will customize on the Lightning platform using declarative tools and build Apex, SOQL, VisualForce, and LWC/Aura components to meet client needs.

You will also configure security, objects, layouts, reports, and maintain templates, Email Alerts, Custom Settings, and Sharing Rules while aligning with architecture standards.

Qualifications

• Experience on Salesforce implementation/support projects.
• Experience on Sales/Service/Experience Cloud or FORCE.COM.
• Extensive customization on Salesforce Lightning using declarative tools (Workflow Rules, Process Builders, Visual Flows, Lightning App Builder).
• Develop and maintain templates, Email Alerts, Custom Settings, Permission Sets, and Sharing Rules; security, objects, layouts, reports.
