Job summary

Steadman Brown is seeking a Salesforce Developer to join a leading UK Salesforce team. You will build Apex solutions, develop LWC components, and handle integrations across Sales and Service Cloud projects.

Key responsibilities include translating business requirements into technical designs, delivering end-to-end implementations, and deploying features like Agentforce and Data Cloud while maintaining robust release processes.

Qualifications

Proven Salesforce Developer with end-to-end delivery experience.
Deep knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, LWC, SOQL and integrations.
Familiar with deployment tools and release best practices (Gearset/Copado/SFDX).
Experience on large-scale or greenfield Salesforce projects is desirable.
Knowledge of Agentforce and Data Cloud is a plus.

Responsibilities

Translate requirements into high-quality Salesforce solutions.
Develop complex programmatic solutions using Apex, LWC, and integrations.
Oversee end-to-end project delivery from requirements to deployment and support.
Implement and optimize Salesforce features including Agentforce and Data Cloud.
Manage deployment processes with version control, testing, and release management.
Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to deliver impact.
