Senior Salesforce Developer – Permanent - Up to £70,000 + benefits

Remote in the UK – once a month travel to Farnborough or London

My client is an extremely successful SAAS scale-up looking for a talented Senior Salesforce Developer to join their growing team, focusing on developing and evolving key operational systems while collaborating with data, product engineering, and finance teams.

This role offers the chance to be a technical leader within a dynamic team, contributing to the business's long-term growth and adapting to a fast-paced environment.

Role responsibilities:

• Develop and modify Salesforce functionalities using both declarative and imperative techniques.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance multi-system workflows.
• Design and implement software for automated testing, improving testing methodologies and reducing manual reliance.
• Write clean, efficient, and testable code while adhering to company standards.
• Contribute to the entire development pipeline, from coding to production.
• Drive continuous improvement in performance, code quality, and team knowledge sharing.

What are we looking for?

• Experienced Salesforce application developer with a strong engineering background.
• Familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem and integration tools like NetSuite and ZAB to streamline workflows.
• Passionate about software engineering, with a solid grasp of technical principles and methodologies.
