Fynity Limited, a boutique Salesforce consultancy, is seeking a Senior Salesforce Consultant to join their UK practice. The role blends hands-on technical work with functional leadership across the full project lifecycle.

You will design, build and implement Salesforce solutions, lead discovery workshops, and mentor junior consultants while coordinating with clients and stakeholders to ensure success. London-based, hybrid working model.

This boutique consultancy is enjoying some fantastic global growth and now need a Senior Salesforce Consultant to join their talented UK practice.

If you bring a strong blend of hands-on technical and functional skills and experience then this is a fantastic opportunity to play a key, lead role across the full lifecycle of projects and make an impact.

Responsibilities:

In this client facing role, you’ll work closely with clients and will design, build and implement cutting-edge Salesforce solutions to solve real world business problems.

You’ll have the opportunity to lead and take ownership of projects across the full lifecycle, ensuring delivery is of a high-quality while balancing both functional and technical responsibilities. This is a role which will give you lots of variety, and your day-to-day will include:

• Leading discovery workshops to gather business requirements and translate them into well-defined user stories, process maps, and acceptance criteria.
• Designing and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions that address complex business challenges.
• Managing client stakeholders at all levels, providing strategic guidance and ensuring solutions align with business goals.
• Overseeing data migration, ensuring accuracy and seamless integration with existing systems.
• Driving project success, managing timelines, risks, budgets, and delivering regular status updates.
• Mentoring junior consultants, sharing knowledge, and helping them grow their Salesforce expertise.

Requirements:

You will need to be a dynamic, hands-on Salesforce Consultant with a strong blend of technical and functional expertise. You might currently be working at a boutique Salesforce partner and looking for a change, or perhaps you're in a larger consultancy or SI and eager to make a greater impact in a more agile, fast-paced environment where you can wear different hats and make an impact.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Proven track record of delivering successful Salesforce solutions across the full project lifecycle.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset, comfortable and willing to wear multiple hats across different projects.
• Deep functional expertise, including requirements gathering, business analysis, stakeholder management, and project delivery.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business solutions
• Salesforce Certifications with a commitment to continuous learning.

You definitely don’t need to be a full-time coder or developer, but you will ideally have some techncial knowledge or hands-on experience and will be comfortable getting involved whenrequired.
