Senior Salesforce Business Analyst - Hybrid (1 day a week on site) - South London - £85,000

We are currently searching for a Salesforce Business Analyst who will be a key member of a growing team. As a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst, you will work with business and technical partners across the company facilitating requirements development sessions to gain an understanding of our customer's current state processes and technology in uncovering gaps and future state. The Senior BA will produce the functional design document as well as work with the technical team and be responsible for documenting solution options.

What you'll be doing:

1. Lead and be responsible for eliciting and analysing business requirements to develop designs and solutions to optimize business processes.
2. Build a clear requirements development strategy by leading discovery workshops which include facilitation and solution presentations.
3. Utilize industrial standard Business Process models such as Business Process, User Stories, Use Case, and Requirement Analysis Models.
4. Build and demonstrate prototypes in Salesforce.
5. Know standard testing processes with testing artifacts such as strategic test plans, test cases, black/white box, edge, stress testing, etc.
6. Facilitate feature demonstrations and end user acceptance testing sessions with customers.
7. Provide post-project go-live support to ensure adoption and successful change management.
8. Serve as the point of contact for business questions.
9. Develop reports and dashboards to continuously provide oversight on data quality and integrity.
10. Manage system and data integrity by establishing end-user best practices.

Technical skills:

1. 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst with increasing levels of responsibility.
2. 4+ years of in-depth, hands-on experience in consultation, design, and documentation of enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions.
3. Experience interfacing with business to analyse requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting tests, and troubleshooting issues.
4. Extensive experience in conducting feasibility studies, gap analysis, and root cause analysis (RCA).
5. Previous experience implementing Salesforce Sales/Service/Experience/Marketing Cloud.
6. Salesforce Administrator certification required.
7. Salesforce Business Analyst or Sales/Service Cloud Consultant certifications desirable.
8. Proficiency with Force.com Migration Tool - Understanding of data migration from CSV, SQL or other systems to the Salesforce platform, using tools such as the Salesforce Data Loader.
