Job description

Captura Search is working with a successful & privately owned FinTech firm headquartered in the USA, with an established team near Liverpool St Station in London. They offer an exceptional suite of SaaS / Cloud-based portfolio management technologies to the buy-side market. Their solutions have proven successful in RFP / RFI processes, displacing legacy competitors. Due to a renewed focus on the UK, they are expanding their London sales team — this is a very compelling time to join them. They seek a proactive sales professional with a proven track record in securing new clients, specifically with Asset Management firms.

Alongside the opportunity to sell in a competitive environment, they offer a highly competitive salary and commission scheme.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify, prospect, and engage Asset Management firms with a need for credible and modern solutions.
  • Manage and cold-call Tier One Asset Management prospects.
  • Collaborate with inside-sales and pre-sales teams to communicate technical concepts clearly and demonstrate solutions.
  • Prioritize and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
  • Work with marketing on targeted campaigns across the UK & Europe.
Requirements:
  • Successfully manage a significant pipeline of Asset Management sales opportunities.
  • Proven sales success with FinTech firms such as FIS (InvestONE), Simcorp (Dimension), Finastra (Misys - Fusion Invest), Fidessa LatentZero, SS&C (Camra, HiPortfolio, APX), Advent, State Street, Temenos, Eagle, Broadridge, BlackRock Aladdin, Factset, Rimes, EZE Software, StatPro, Calypso, Objectway, Tora, Milestone, Linedata, eFront, IHS Markit, AIM Software, Bloomberg, Profidata, Profile Software, MSCI, among others.
  • Ability to manage a large sales pipeline effectively.
  • Deep knowledge and network within the Asset Management market, especially the front office.
  • Interest in working for a demanding, entrepreneurial firm that rewards effort.
  • Passion, enthusiasm, and a drive to succeed with a startup work ethic.
