This is an exciting opportunity to join Remote as a Senior Sales Training Manager in our RevOps Sales Enablement team. You will lead training initiatives to optimize our sales team’s performance, mentor new staff, develop training programs, and create educational resources. Your expertise will be key in fostering sales growth and meeting targets.

What you bring
  • Extensive experience in Sales Coaching and training within a B2B SaaS environment
  • Proven success in quota-carrying sales roles
  • Experience with sales methodologies, frameworks, and training implementation
  • Ability to analyze metrics and develop enablement programs
  • Familiarity with sales coaching tools like Gong, Clari Co-Pilot, Mindtickle
  • Track record of building sales training programs that improve performance and revenue
  • Experience delivering remote and global sales training
  • Ability to onboard sales reps at scale remotely
  • Skills in developing onboarding and ongoing training content
  • Proficiency with eLearning tools like Articulate
  • Strategic thinking and collaborative skills
  • Fluent in English; remote work experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of various sales methodologies such as MEDDPIC, Sandler, Revenue Storm
Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver sales training programs across all sales levels
  • Support the development of a learning culture within the organization
  • Create scalable training solutions with minimal disruption to sales activities
  • Develop Train the Trainer programs for managers and leaders
  • Collaborate on defining and implementing sales methodologies
  • Track and measure training engagement and effectiveness
  • Partner with enablement and operations teams to develop role-specific blueprints
  • Promote continuous learning and development
  • Equip managers with coaching skills to enhance team performance
  • Conduct onboarding and ongoing training sessions
  • Identify training needs and develop materials like presentations, scripts, and case studies
  • Design engaging training sessions with gamification and role-playing
  • Gather feedback and continuously improve training programs
  • Maintain training records and evaluate employee progress
  • Manage training budgets and ensure sales standards are met

Remote Compensation Philosophy

Our salary range for this full-time role is $50,000 to $160,000 USD, determined by role, level, and location. We pay above in-location rates to support global talent and ensure pay equity. Compensation is reviewed for internal mobility.
