Senior Sales Support Engineer - UK

Are you a Process or Mechanical Engineer with strong technical knowledge of processing equipment?

Have you worked in a client-facing role, selling to engineering houses in the UK?

Are you located in the UK with a willingness to travel?

This role is with a global engineering company that is a leader in sustainable technology, providing end-to-end solutions and services for the mining, aggregates, and oil & gas industries. The position reports to the Minerals Director for Europe & North Africa.

Due to an upcoming retirement, they are seeking a Senior Sales Support Engineer to collaborate with a European technical sales team, providing technical support for their product line across the region and developing business with new and existing clients.

Requirements include:

• Strong technical knowledge of mineral processing equipment.
• Extensive experience in the minerals and mining industry.
• Ability to communicate professionally and technically at all levels, both internally and with customers and UK-based EPC/Engineering Houses.
• A proven track record in customer-facing sales, including generating new clients and developing existing accounts.
• A positive, flexible attitude, eagerness to learn, and a commitment to "Customer Service Excellence".
