Propel are looking to hire a Senior Sales Recruitment Specialist.

This role sits within our hugely successful Commercial recruitment team who are super high performing, work with some of the leading global tech businesses and have access to key decision makers (CEOs, Directors etc.) who are at the forefront of their fields.

Who are you?

  • An experienced recruiter with a keen interest in the SaaS industry and a passion for partnering with start-up/scale-up tech businesses.
  • You have a strong Business Development process and proven track record of winning your own clients.
  • You have a distinct internal drive and hustle - with the environment we have at Propel you will really succeed.
  • You’re genuinely excited about growing superstar Sales teams and involve yourself in the community.
  • You pride yourself on being really good at what you do, we will definitely ask you about it!
