Typical Duties Include:

  • Senior SalesNegotiators: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients Conducting property viewings and providing expert advice Negotiating offers and guiding clients through the sales process Keeping up to date with local market trends to provide informed insights
  • Valuers: Performing property valuations to establish accurate market prices Preparing comprehensive market appraisals and reports Advising clients on marketing strategies to enhance property value Maintaining strong client relationships to secure repeat business
  • Branch Managers: Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch Leading and motivating a team of negotiators and valuers Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve branch targets Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and maintaining high standards of customer service
