Job description

Senior Sales Negotiator – Crouch End, N8 + Company Car

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Negotiator to join our client based in North London.

As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you will be confident in dealing with properties and clients across a range, including high-end properties, and be involved in the entire property sales process—from generating and conducting viewings to negotiating and closing deals successfully.

In this role, you will need to build long-term business relationships with clients and buyers, be focused and target-driven, and work well as part of a team.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  1. Coordinating canvassing activities to generate new business
  2. Organizing property valuations and listings
  3. Marketing properties effectively to attract potential buyers
  4. Matching prospective buyers to suitable properties and arranging viewings
  5. Maintaining regular contact with vendors, buyers, and other relevant parties
  6. Handling financial and legal matters related to the sales process
  7. Guiding vendors and buyers through the sales process from agreement to legal completion
  8. Contributing to the smooth daily operation of the branch

The successful candidate will need to possess the following skills:

  1. Minimum of 2 years estate agency experience
  2. Target-driven with a strong desire to succeed in sales
  3. Excellent communication skills, able to articulate ideas concisely
  4. Enjoy working in a team environment
  5. Desire to progress and challenge oneself continually
  6. Valid UK driving licence

Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm, Saturdays 9am - 4pm, with a day off during the week.

Salary range: £26,000 to £28,500 per annum basic + Company Car, with an OTE of around £40,000 to £45,000 per annum.
