Our dynamic and expanding St Johns Wood sales team is looking to recruit a Negotiator at Senior or Associate level. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our strong market share in the prime market, building on our already outstanding and market-leading platform.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in the London sales market. Key Responsibilities:

Business Generation & Fee Income

  • Secure instructions for properties of high quality and in sufficient quantity to meet business targets.
  • Identify buyers and negotiate property sales.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of the local district, property values, and competition.
  • Accurately research and present data to a high professional standard.
  • Ensure efficient and professional management of all sales.
  • Maintain a high profile in the community to attract potential clients.
  • Professional Experience and Personal Skills:

    Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience and enthusiasm for developing profitable business contacts.
  • A dedicated sales professional with a background in a sales agency environment.
  • Proficiency in using computers and information technology.
  • Willingness to work flexibly as part of a team.
  • Experience in the North or Prime Central London area is advantageous.
  • This position will be based at our St Johns Wood office, with close collaboration with the wider North City & East and Central London offices. You will receive full support from our high-performing operations team and report directly to our Head of St Johns Wood Sales, Declan Selbo.
