Your Role as an Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator:

  • Build relationships with clients, handling enquiries with confidence
  • Book and conduct viewings, showcasing properties to potential buyers
  • Carry out market appraisals and win new business
  • Negotiate and close deals, securing the best outcomes for clients and seeing through to completion
  • Stay up-to-date with the local property market and current trends
