About the role:
  • Mentoring a team of 2
  • Overseeing daily office operations
  • Managing a portfolio of residential properties, supporting the team from induction to completion
  • Conducting market appraisals and leveraging property expertise to win new business
  • Supporting sales performance through effective lead generation, negotiation, and pipeline management
  • Tracking KPIs
  • Collaborating with the marketing team on property launches
About you:
  • Proven experience within estate agencies, ideally with mentoring experience
  • Some office management experience is a plus
  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own car
  • Familiarity with CRM systems
  • NAEA qualification or willingness to work towards it
