Sales Progressor / Senior Sales Negotiator - Oldham - £26,000 - £30,000 + Commission

Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:00, every other Saturday 09:00 - 13:00

We’re on the hunt for a Sales Progressor / Senior Sales Negotiator to join a growing, dynamic team to manage the sales process from first viewing right through to completion.

What you\'ll be doing...

  • Oversee and progress property sales from offer acceptance through to legal completion, ensuring transactions move smoothly and efficiently.
  • Act as the main point of contact between buyers, sellers, solicitors, mortgage brokers, surveyors, and other third parties to keep all parties informed and updated.
  • Proactively follow up on outstanding information, documents, and actions to minimise delays and keep transactions on track.
  • Identify potential issues or risks early in the process and take appropriate action to resolve them, escalating where necessary.
  • Keep CRM systems and internal databases updated with progress notes, key dates, and documentation for compliance purposes.
  • Communicate progress to clients, offering support and reassurance throughout the sales process.
  • Work to agreed timelines and performance metrics to deliver a high level of customer satisfaction and timely completions.
  • Adhere to legal, regulatory, and company policies regarding anti-money laundering (AML), GDPR, and property sales procedures.
