A leading property agency in Southwest London is looking for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join the Wandsworth office. This role requires proven experience in sales negotiation and business generation. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating market appraisals, converting appraisals to sales, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. To be successful in this role, you’ll have proven experience as a sales negotiator with a track record in business generation and experience carrying out Market Appraisals. You’ll also have excellent written and verbal communication skills, solid administrative and organisational skills and the ability to work well under pressure. You’ll be a strong team player with good interpersonal skills, IT literate and comfortable working with databases and relevant software. Experience of the local area residential sales market is highly desirable.
