Senior Sales Manager – Up to £60,000

The Role:

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Sales Manager for a luxury restaurant group. We are looking for someone with a very strong background in proactive sales, someone who can bring in new business and drive revenue. We seek an exceptional and experienced Senior Sales Manager to join this growing business. Experience working with luxury venues would be a significant advantage.

Job Requirements and Experience:

  • A proven track record of developing and executing sales strategies.
  • At least two years’ experience in an event venue sales team.
  • Experience in profitable selling, sales negotiations, maximizing sales, achieving targets, and developing sales strategies.
  • Ability to engage with clients at all levels and collaborate across business areas.
  • Experience managing sales budgets, P+Ls, and financial reports with finance teams.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with analytical thinking.
  • Results-oriented – proactive and proven in achievement.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills – friendly, humble, and confident.
