Salary: £55,000 – £60,000 base + OTE £110,000 Commission

We're working with an established consultancy in the cyber security and data privacy sector, who are seeking a Senior Sales Manager to lead business growth through new client acquisition and key account management. This is a strategic, senior level role for a driven individual with a proven track record in consultative sales and closing high value deals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive new business through outbound prospecting and strategic engagement
  • Present and position solutions to improve clients’ governance, risk, and compliance
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Lead bids, proposals, and high-value contract negotiations

  • Requirements
  • Knowledge and experience in the cyber security and data privacy sector
  • Proven success in senior sales, business development, or key account roles
  • Track record of winning new business and exceeding targets
  • Experience with C-suite engagement and complex deal management
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in CRM systems (preferably Salesforce)
