Job summary

YouSeek, a leading global digital advertising platform, is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and build strategic agency partnerships across programmatic and direct media solutions.

In this role, you will own the sales cycle, manage a robust pipeline, present solutions to agency stakeholders, and collaborate with Marketing, Product, Ad Ops, and Account Management to deliver campaign success.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital advertising sales, online advertising, or programmatic advertising.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proven experience managing pipelines, forecasting, and business planning.

Responsibilities

• Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
• Develop and maintain relationships across agency stakeholders, from planners and buyers to senior decision-makers.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities while expanding existing partnerships.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and reporting.
• Present advertising solutions, campaign strategies, and performance insights to clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams including Marketing, Product, Ad Operations, and Account Management to ensure campaign success.
• Use CRM platforms effectively to manage opportunities, contacts, and revenue forecasting.
• Stay informed on digital advertising trends, emerging technologies, and market developments.
