Job summary

YouSeek in London is seeking a strategic and results-driven Group Head to lead and scale agency partnerships across video, CTV, programmatic, and data-driven solutions.

You will oversee revenue strategy, deepen executive-level agency relationships with Publicis, and drive growth within the digital advertising ecosystem.

This role reports to the Agency Sales Partnerships function and requires a proven track record in closing high-value deals and shaping commercial strategy across agency networks.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in digital media, adtech, or agency leadership.
• Strong understanding of adtech, video, CTV and programmatic.
• Proven track record in strategic partnerships and large commercial deals.
• Experience in an adtech platform, DSP/SSP preferred.
• Excellent stakeholder management across product, sales, and regional teams.
• Strong executive presence to engage senior decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategy to engage Publicis and drive revenue.
• Build and strengthen C-suite and senior investment relationships.
• Lead and close complex, high-value commercial agreements.
• Represent the company at industry events as a senior ambassador.
• Partner with Product to shape agency-driven roadmap.
• Align with Enterprise Sales for seamless execution and retention.
• Establish revenue targets, pipeline metrics, quarterly reviews.
• Collaborate with Marketing on co-branded research and events.
