We’re looking for an experienced senior sales extraordinaire for a new to market sales role at our bustling airport hotel, Hilton – Heathrow Terminal 5.

A day in the life of…

  • As Senior Sales Manager – MICE, your role will be to develop new business and manage existing relationships in the meetings and events segment, delivering revenue targets and promoting Hilton Heathrow Airport Terminal 5 as a unique venue in the Heathrow area.
  • You’ll leverage your experience and teamwork to maximize performance and deliver excellent customer service to Hilton standards.
  • You’ll represent the hotel as a key ambassador, maintaining processes for creating first-class hotel show rounds, fam trips, and standing out from the competition.
  • You’ll collaborate with the commercial team to achieve goals, increase department productivity, and assist in training new team members.

What do we need from you?

  • Strong sales, customer service, leadership, organizational, and financial management skills
  • Excellent communication, attention to detail, and proficiency with event management software and Microsoft Office
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
  • Ability to motivate staff and achieve team goals
  • Keen eye for detail to ensure high standards in event coordination and execution
