Inside Sales Team Manager

Outbound Sales Manager - New business lead generation team - B2B SaaS Manchester

GBP 38,000 - GBP 42,000 with OTE - uncapped! Up to GBP 70,000 in the first year.

Full product and CRM training. Manage a dynamic, hungry team of 8-12 SDRs.

Monday to Friday office hours.

The Role:
  • Manage an inside sales team in a fast-paced, incentive and KPI-driven environment.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of motivated sales professionals from graduate level to BDM.
  • Handle and monitor daily activities in a high-performance setting.
  • Coach, mentor, and recognize team achievements.
  • Develop closing techniques, objection handling, and sales strategies.
Requirements:
  • You must have experience managing an internal sales team in a fast-paced, outbound call centre environment, leading a high-energy team to success.
  • Proficient in data & CRM reports, able to analyze statistics and implement changes.
  • Lead by example, motivate a team, and demonstrate professionalism and excellent communication skills.
  • Be a natural leader of people.
  • Passion for sales and sales management.
