Integral Ad Science (IAS) is a global leader in digital media quality, dedicated to ensuring safe, high-quality, and effective advertising experiences. We provide data-driven insights and solutions to optimize media quality for advertisers and publishers.

In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in expanding IAS’s presence in the digital ad space. Working with leading publishers and platforms you will act as a collaborative, thought leader focused on identifying and driving new business growth opportunities.

What You’ll Do:

  • Identify new growth opportunities by strategising prospects and expanding IAS’s footprint
  • Promote IAS data offerings to platforms in the UK
  • Prospect and secure premium publishers, platforms and networks across EMEA
  • Pipeline management, maintaining a robust pipeline, meeting and exceeding revenue expectations through proactive new business generation
  • Create and deliver IAS’s media quality strategies to enhance client satisfaction with platforms and publishers
  • Needs analysis, uncover real client needs and goals, aligning them with IAS solutions to deliver measurable outcomes for platforms and publishers
  • Thought leadership, serve as a thought leader by advising clients on best practices and continuously demonstrating IAS's value
  • Engage with internal teams across customer success, technical service, marketing, and product management to ensure cohesive sales delivery
  • Advocate for client needs internally, providing feedback to enhance product offerings tailored to platforms and publishers
  • Build industry relationships through key bodies and working groups, aligning IAS solutions with industry needs for platforms and publishers
  • Influence go-to-market strategies for platform-focused products and support the pitching of new programs
  • Provide valuable client insights to product teams for ongoing product development

What You’ll Need:

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in digital advertising sales, focusing on both platform and publisher sectors
  • Demonstrable track record hunting and closing new business with a track record surpassing sales targets through strategic planning and execution focused on platforms and publishers
  • Strong network within digital platforms and top-tier publishers
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
  • Strategic and analytical mindset with a client-first approach
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities
  • Fluent English. Fluency in a second language; German or French preferred
