The role

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive professional to drive global growth in the sector, capturing major logo new clients, build and significantly expand existing key accounts, and use their network to leverage relationships with both new and existing clients and partners.

With a focus on Mining and Mining Infrastructure, your primary objective is to leverage your knowledge in environmental impact assessments and “license to operate” clients, to drive growth and expand the adoption of our nature and biodiversity solutions.

While specific experience in biodiversity is not essential,success in this role will be supported by a solid understanding of environmental impact assessments, corporate sustainability, ESG practices, andtheuniquechallengesandopportunitieswithinthiskey sector.Your ability todeliver measurable client value and achieve positive business outcomes is essential.

    • Ensure Seamless Project Delivery: Oversee the successful delivery of all projects within key accounts, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and client satisfaction.
    • Maximize Account Potential: Understand client structures and decision-making processes to unlock additional business opportunities, such as different business units or additional regions.

    • Experience: Senior experience in sales management, working in impact assessments, corporate sustainability or ESG within the sectors, with a proven track record of delivering business results.
    • SalesExcellence:Demonstratedsuccess in drivingrevenuegrowth and expandingclient bases, particularly with leading brands, supply chain managers, and c-suite.
    • StrategicInsight:Strongunderstandingof the challenges and opportunities within the sectors, including the impact of sustainability practices.
    • IndustryEngagement:Maintainactiveinvolvementwithkeyindustrystakeholdersandbodies, enhancing our market presence and credibility within the sectors. Attend relevant events, conferences, and webinars.
    • Presentation Skills: Confidently present our tools and products to mixed audiences both online and in person, effectively communicating the value of our solutions.
