SaaS Sales - Software Sales - Senior Sales Executive

Inside Sales with target earnings of £100,000.

Pitching software solutions via video calls (Teams and Zoom), with 90% of discovery calls arranged for you.

Office based in Manchester City Centre.

Negotiable base salary plus uncapped commission. OTE Year 1: £100,000! Commission on all deals. 100% closing role.

The Role:
  • Targets, performance, closing, consultative selling, objection handling, and coaching on SaaS tech.
  • Selling a range of three market-leading business solutions into SMEs across the UK.
  • Selling add-ons, training, support, and advisory services alongside SaaS products.
  • 90% of sales demos are set up by the lead gen team.
  • 25% of demos result in same-day sales; 75% close within 2-3 days.
  • Average deal size between £5,000 and £20,000.
  • Initial month includes comprehensive training on software, CRM, products, and sales techniques.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years in a B2B sales role selling solutions to businesses in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to commute to Manchester City Centre.
  • Ideally 3+ years in B2B solution sales with the drive to earn £80,000-£100,000+.
  • Resilience, passion, and excellent communication skills are essential.
