What we are looking for:

We seek an energetic, driven, and creative sales professional who can think outside the box, build strong relationships, and work with top global brands on multi-channel campaigns and sales strategies across the LATAM region.

The role:

As a Senior Sales Executive for LATAM, you will research the market, identify sectors, develop sales opportunities, and pitch to the global corporate industry. You will consult with brands, understand their growth goals, and advise on suitable routes to market.

Industry experience is beneficial but not essential. Candidates should have at least 2-3 years of experience in new business development, sales, and client relationship building.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify leads across sectors
  • Proactively open and close business opportunities
  • Engage with top-tier clients and pitch proposals
  • Confidently sell to MD/CEO level
  • Manage global customers
  • Assist with translation when needed
  • Present solutions in person and virtually
  • Create proposals and decks in collaboration with the design team

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Portuguese and/or Spanish
  • Driven with a success-oriented attitude
  • Willing to work long hours if necessary
  • Proactive with a eagerness to learn
  • Minimum 2 years in business development and sales
  • Experience in advertising is a plus
  • Target-based bonuses and commissions
