Quantifi is looking for an energetic and collaborative Senior Sales Executive with excellent sales skills to help drive new business growth. This position directly reports to the Chief Revenue Officer at Quantifi.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of hitting sales quotas and strong expertise in selling software solutions for trading or risk management to financial institutions. The Senior Sales Executive is directly responsible for prospecting and closing new accounts within an established and defined territory. The role entails generating new business and growing existing accounts.

Responsibilities:

  1. Take full ownership of the sales process from lead to close.
  2. Achieve/exceed sales objectives and quotas through the expansion and growth of business relationships with existing and new clients using a consultative and process-driven approach.
  3. Generate the pipeline needed to achieve sales quotas through prospecting.
  4. Work closely with inside sales and marketing teams to support lead generation.
  5. Work with prospects to understand and identify their objectives and needs and position Quantifi's products and services where opportunities exist.
  6. Perform sales presentations/demonstrations to show how identified needs can be addressed by Quantifi's solutions.
  7. Manage proposals and RFIs.
  8. Manage or mentor one sales consultant.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  1. BS/BA degree preferably in a quantitative subject such as finance, economics, engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics.
  2. At least five years of experience selling enterprise software solutions to financial institutions.
  3. An understanding of quantitative finance sufficient to engage senior professionals on the buy and sell side in discussions about trading and risk management.
  4. A proven track record of consistently exceeding quota in enterprise software sales.
  5. Experience selling complex, high-value solutions to C-level executives.
  6. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and commitment to continuous improvement.
  7. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  8. Demonstrated ability to manage long sales cycles effectively following a structured solutions selling process.
  9. Collaborative team player who can work effectively across departments.
  10. Ability to coach and mentor junior team members and manage performance.
