Location: Home-Based with Travel | Regular visits to Northamptonshire Office


Job Type: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Field-Based with Hybrid Office Support


Salary: Basic Salary Dependant on Experience + Discretionary Bonus + Company Car/Car Allowance



About the Role

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a global leader in warehouse automation and logistics solutions, for a Senior Sales Executive to join their dynamic UK team. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded and technically capable sales professional to lead the sales process for mobile racking projects across the UK.


You will work with some of the most recognisable names in the online, retail, food, and manufacturing industries, supporting their supply chain infrastructure with intelligent storage solutions. This role offers strong earning potential, excellent flexibility, and the chance to work at the forefront of logistics innovation.



Responsibilities


  • Lead and manage the full sales process for mobile racking projects, from prospecting to closing.

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within your geographical region.

  • Build strong, long-term client relationships through regular communication and site visits.

  • Deliver high-quality proposals, lead customer workshops, and present tailored solutions.

  • Work cross-functionally with internal departments to develop concepts, pricing, and bids.

  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.

  • Analyse customer data and processes to create value-driven solutions.

  • Support junior team members and conduct post-project reviews for continuous improvement.



Requirements


  • Degree (2:1 or above preferred); background in business or logistics beneficial.

  • Proven experience in warehouse automation, racking systems, or similar technical sales roles.

  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to lead complex project-based sales.

  • Confident communicator with excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Comfortable with frequent travel across the UK and a full, clean driving licence.
