I am looking for a Senior Sales Executive / Sales Engineer / Sales Manager to join my client, a leading UK company specialising in the secure destruction industry based in Norwich. This is a hybrid role based near Norwich with opportunities for remote work, client meetings, and event attendance.

The Senior Sales Executive / Sales Engineer / Sales Manager will play a key role in identifying and securing new business opportunities with large UK organisations. The successful candidate will build and maintain strong client relationships, achieve sales targets, and manage the sales pipeline. This senior role offers clear progression opportunities and requires excellent stakeholder management skills.

Package:

Base salary £35,000-£45,000 Dependent on Experience

Uncapped commission structure with realistic total earnings of £25,000-£40,000+ per year
