This senior-level role is ideal for a highly motivated, results-driven sales professional with a track record of selling enterprise software solutions. You will take ownership of the sales process from the point of a qualified discovery call, working with large organisations to understand their internal communication challenges and positioning Oak Engage as the solution of choice. You must be comfortable engaging with C-level executives, navigating complex decision-making processes, and managing long sales cycles.

About the Role:

This senior-level role is ideal for a highly motivated, results-driven sales professional with a track record of selling enterprise software solutions. You will take ownership of the sales process from the point of a qualified discovery call, working with large organisations to understand their internal communication challenges and positioning Oak Engage as the solution of choice. You must be comfortable engaging with C-level executives, navigating complex decision-making processes, and managing long sales cycles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own and manage the full sales cycle from qualified discovery call to contract negotiation and close.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to penetrate key target accounts.
  • Engage with enterprise clients, understanding their internal communication challenges and demonstrating how our intranet solution meets their needs.
  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations tailored to stakeholders at all levels, from IT and HR leaders to C-suite executives.
  • Build strong, consultative relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target organisations.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, customer success, and product development, to ensure seamless sales execution and customer onboarding.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to position Oak Engage as a thought leader in enterprise intranet solutions.
  • Represent Oak Engage at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to generate new business opportunities.
  • Accurately forecast sales performance and meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Ensure you consistently keep pipeline momentum.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B enterprise SaaS sales with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong ability to manage and close complex deals with long sales cycles.
  • Experience selling to senior decision-makers (C-suite, VP level).
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Self-starter with a strategic mindset who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
