Job description

We're working with an award-winning events business that's reshaping the industry by delivering accessible, affordable, and sustainable events for the business community to learn, network, and grow.

As they rapidly expand, they're now looking for a Senior Sales Executive who's ready to take the next big step in their career.

The Role:
  • Achieving sales targets by securing new and repeat business from exhibitors, plus upselling sponsorships.
  • Proactively sourcing new leads from inbound marketing, competitor events, and your own outreach.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships year-round, ensuring they're fully supported and maximising their investment.
  • Keeping the CRM updated with accurate client data, call notes, and pipeline forecasts.
  • Playing a hands-on role on-site at events, driving rebook targets, and ensuring a seamless client experience.
Previous Experience:
  • At least 2 years' B2B events sales experience, ideally working on trade shows.
  • Proven track record of hitting targets & KPIs.
  • A confident relationship-builder with excellent communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial, and ready to drive commercial success.
  • Happy to travel in the UK and internationally as needed.
  • Experience with HubSpot CRM.
