We are working with a fantastic client who is seeking dynamic Senior Sales Executives to join their team on a permanent basis. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will play a key role in expanding their market presence and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in aviation sales, strong industry knowledge, and the ability to develop long-term relationships with key stakeholders. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and delivering tailored solutions to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and manage relationships with airlines, MROs, OEMs, and aviation suppliers.
  2. Identify new sales opportunities and convert leads into long-term clients.
  3. Promote and sell aviation components and MRO services, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  4. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements.
  5. Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity.
  6. Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer support.
  7. Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking meetings to strengthen the company's presence.
  8. Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track performance against targets.
Requirements:
  1. Proven sales experience in aviation components, MRO services, or aerospace industries.
  2. Strong knowledge of aircraft parts, repair processes, and regulatory requirements.
  3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  4. Ability to develop and maintain strong business relationships.
