Job summary

A leading company in the Commercial Finance sector is seeking experienced Sales Executives to join their dynamic team. This full-time role offers an attractive salary package with significant progression opportunities and uncapped commission potential. Redburn Executive Search is partnered with an industry leader in the Commercial Finance sector, presenting opportunities for experienced Sales Executives seeking an accelerated progression pathway and six-figure OTE.

Coming from a consultative sales or business development background, you will be adept at prospecting for new clients, performing outbound sales activity, and developing inbound leads through completion. Key to the role is working closely with clients to understand their needs and partnering with them to select appropriate finance packages.

Experience Required

  • Strong sales experience (ideally in a B2B environment) is essential, alongside a track record of achieving KPIs
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely while building rapport and trust
  • Customer-centric, resilient, and entrepreneurial approach to sales; understanding clients' needs and drivers, with the ability to handle objections and remove barriers
  • Positive and engaging telephone manner
  • Degree-educated is preferred, with a minimum of A-Levels or equivalent
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills with experience using a CRM
