Position: Senior Sales Executive | Department: Commercial Team - B2B Media & Events | Location: Liverpool Street, London (Hybrid - 3 days a week in the office, Mon/Weds anchor days + 1 flexible day) | Salary: 35,000 base + up to 15,000 commission + annual bonus (12.5% of salary) | Additional perks: Monthly sales commission, events commission, summer Fridays (finish at 12pm), generous benefits package

The Role

We're looking for a motivated and results-focused Senior Sales Executive to join our friendly, high-energy commercial team. You'll be working with existing clients while also introducing new organisations to our multi-platform advertising, content marketing, and events portfolio.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong relationships, spotting opportunities, and being part of a team that celebrates shared success.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Develop and deliver sales strategies to achieve team and personal targets
  • Nurture relationships with existing clients while also finding and connecting with new ones
  • Sell digital advertising, content marketing, and event sponsorship opportunities
  • Manage the sales process from first conversation through to ongoing client care
  • Gain a deep understanding of our products, services, and the audiences we reach
  • Work closely with editorial, marketing, and events teams to deliver brilliant client outcomes
  • Share accurate forecasts and updates with the Head of Sales
What We're Looking For
