Responsibilities:
  1. Gain understanding of customer's business and analyze customer's system and product needs.
  2. Provide primarily pre-sales technical support for the development and implementation of complex products/applications/solutions.
  3. Act as a recognized subject matter expert with specialized knowledge in the function.
  4. Manage large projects or processes with limited oversight from a manager.
  5. Coach, review, and delegate work to lower-level professionals.
  6. Provide solutions to a variety of advanced complex technical projects or business issues requiring state-of-the-art technical or industry knowledge.
  7. Determine and develop approaches to solve functional area-related issues.
  8. Regularly provide insight into complex issues and for complex department questions.
  9. Set or participate in department goal setting and provide direction for junior staff members.
Qualifications:
  1. Possess a four-year college degree (or additional relevant experience in a related field).
  2. Minimum of 8 years functional experience, including a minimum of 5 years position-specific experience.
  3. Possess advanced technical knowledge and some knowledge in related disciplines.
